Goods can take from 2 to 10 working days depending on the number of orders and quantities we are handling. (See Delivery and Services). Faulty ogoods must be reported within 7 days of placing the order, 28 days for non delivery.
If paying by cheque or postal order, please print out your order and post together with your Please note. Orders for back issues or books will not be refunded simply because you already have them. Exchanges will only be given on items that are classed as faulty. Refunds will only be given on outstanding items such as the balance of a cancelled subscription.
Your credit card statement will show payments being made to YBA Publications.
