All orders for smaller items such as magazines, stickers etc. are posted Royal Mail and are despatched up to 4 working days from receiving your order (credit card payments). Cheque payments please add 1 week for delivery. Photos can take from 2 to 14 working days depending on the number of orders and quanitities we are handling. We do however offer an express service that should see your order with you in less than 3 days. Larger items such as binders and merchandise are usually despatched up to 5 working days from receiving your order (credit card payments). Cheque payments please add 1 week for delivery.
Please note that if you order a subscription due to start in the future, e.g. start with the December issue but it is still November, your first issue will be sent out as soon as it is printed. Check on the Short Circuit magazine web site (Click here) to see if the magazine is out before making any enquiries.
If you have subscribed but are not receiving your magazines, please make a note of approximately when you subscribed, and how you paid, as this helps us deal with your problem much quicker. Then email us the problem you have, including your name and address to sales@shortcircuitmag.com and we will do our best to sort your problem out quickly.
